Okay, so I am a little bit like a dork when it comes to some things. Today I got my very first eye exam and went around telling everyone like I'm some sort of overexcited puppy. Come on, I mean how can you not be excited about dilated pupils?? The magazine kept getting farther and farther away as the solution took affect. Then of course come the good-natured jokes from my family about my pupils, "Are you high?"
Curious about the outcome? Well my vision is 20/20 but I have astigmatism--quite a bit worse in my left eye causing strain. I got the glasses which will take the edge off the strain. I figured even if I don't use them much now, at least I have them before my insurance runs out.
